Inclusion criteria: Patient initiated dialysis from April 2006 to March 2011 Observed more than 1 year or reached endpoint Date of reached eGFR 10 ml/min/1.73m2 were able to be detected

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Disagreement Patient underwent transplantation
