Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient whose age is 20 years old or more when agreement is acquired. Patient who obtained agreement after enough explanation when participating in this study is received. Patients who need mydriasis to be observed the ocular fundus. In the cases with narrow anterior chamber angle (Shaffer classification, grade 0 or1), cataract surgery is performed within 2 hours after mydriasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The history of ocular surgery, trauma, and inflammation. goniosynechia, angioneovascurarization. Patient who is judged inappropriate for study.
