Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)20 years old or more (2)patients with chronic tympanic membrane perforation (3)patients without inflammation of external ear canal, acute otitis media, or cholesteatoma (4)patients who obtained agreement for this research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients whose external canal were too narrow to operation (2)patients with acute otitis media or active inflammation of external ear canal (3)Patients who were judged improper by doctor
