Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male, over 50 years, consumption of alcohol and smoking, including prior history of esophageal SCC, written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: with advanced pharyngeal cancer, mental disorder or psychiatric symptom
