Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with heart failure (NYHA III-IV, QRS >130 ms, left ventricular ejection fraction <0.35) who undergo CRT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with contraindication for ATP or phenylephrine
