Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) gastric adenocarcinoma (2) unresectable advanced gastric cancer with measurable lesion (3) ingestionable patient of capecitabine (4) Performance Status(ECOG):0-2 (5) over 20 years old (6) more than 3 month prognosis (7) HER2 positive (IHC 3+ or IHC2+ and FISH positive) (8) good heart function (ejection fraction is over 50%) (9) appropriate patient for investigator (10) patient with consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) contraindication of capesitabine, CDDP, and trasutuzmab (2) with seriou conplication (3) innaropriate patient for the investigator (4) less than 50% of LVEF
