Inclusion criteria: Patients who agreed to this study via sufficient informed concent. Patient who has any of the following. 1. diabetes mellitus 2. borderline diabetes 3. obesity 4. fatty liver 5. metabolic syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who has any of the following. 1.pregnant woman 2.woman who may pregnant 3.renal failure 4.hemodialysis patient
