surgical procedure under general anesthesia

Interventions

Under general anesthesia, if HR is &lt
= 65 bpm, the patient is chosen as a subject. Baseline value is recorded, and then atropine is given (0.01mg/kg
max 0.5mg) intravenously.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA physical status 1 or 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a history of cardiac (including conduction abnormalities, arrhythmias, cardiovascular medication, etc.), pulmonary, glaucoma or renal disease; pregnant patients: Patients who have an inappropriate clinical history for efficacy and safety assessment in the study.
