Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who requires selective biliary cannulation for diagnosis/treatment (2) Naive papilla (3) Obtained informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who requires only pancreatic cannulation (2) Previous papilloplasty (3) Surgically-altered anatomy (4) Duodenal stenosis (5) Not obtained informed consent
