Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients indicated for PCI with DES 2) Patients who are diagnosed as having DM 3) HbA1c is greater than 5.8% 4) 20 years old or older 5) Male and Female 6) Informated consent with documents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who present severe ketosis, or diabetic coma within 6 months 2) Patients with STEMI 3) Patients who present congestive heart failure 4) Pregnant 5) Patients with moderate to severe renal dysfunction 6) History of taking DPP-4inhibitor before 7) Administration of Glynide 8) Administration of Sulfornilurea at high dose 9) Stent implanted 10) Difficulty in performing IVUS 11) Histoiry of Cerebrovascular disease 12) Malignancy 13) Allergy 14) Patients inappropriate for medical reason
