Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients were required to have histologically confirmed, unresectable, and measurable ICC. Other eligibility criteria were age ≥ 18 years, an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0–2, platelet count > 0.5  105/l, leukocyte count > 2000/l, total bilirubin < 3 mg/dl, serum creatinine < 1.5 mg/dl, and successful implantation of an intra-arterial catheter and drug delivery system.
