Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ischemic stroke an TIA patients with diabetes (onset within one month)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. other etiology stroke 2. need insulin treatment 3. patinents with bleeding 4. patients with pregnant or its possibility 5. severe renal dysfunction or liver dysfunction 6. allergy against alogliptin 7. can not receive informed concent 8. inappropriate for this study
