Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 75 years or older patients with abdominal surgery / orthopedic surgery are distributed to the intervention / non-intervention group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A patient with emergency surgery. The case whose NEECHAM score is less than 19.
