Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: intractable chronic lumbargo and lower extrimity pains

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: malignancy antiplatelet, anticoagulant, bleeding tendency mental disease impaired liver and renal function allergies to drugs
