Refractory nephrotic syndrome

Interventions

Administration of 0.05mg ~ 0.15mg/kg/day tacrolimus, and the target trough concentration of 5 to 10ng/ml. Administered to taclolimus until an effect is seen.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient is resistant to treatment in the guidelines on nephrotic syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Significant renal dysfunction (Cr> 5mg/dl)
