Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Untreated oral squamous cell carcinoma (T2 orT3) patients with small neck metastasis (about 1cm).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) distant metastasis 2) previously treated patients 3) A history of radiation therapy for the neck 4) pregnancy or lactating women or women with suspected pregnancy 5) Patients judged by the investigator to be unfit to be enrolled into the study
