Inclusion criteria: The infant whose body weigt >=750g,with Mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thoracocyllosis Dysplasia of air way, bronchi and lung. Significant leak under normal ventilation (>30%) positive end expiratory pressure (peep)>7cmH20
