Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease subjects resistant to long-term (more than 3 months) medical treatments, such as diet, exercise, and behavior. 2.Subjects with less than 60% of muscle to total weight in body composition. 3.Subjects less than 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with body weight more than 180 kg. 2.Subjects with any muscle and bone disorders. 3.Subjects with liver cirrhosis (albumin less than 3.5 g/dL, bilirubin more than 3 mg/dl, platelet count less than 10,0000/microL). 4.Subjects with renal dysfunction (serum creatinine more than 1.5 mg/dL). 5.Subjects with past history of ischemic heart disease. 6.Subjects with uncontrolled hypertension (BP more than 140/80 mmHg).
