Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Previously untreated and stage III/IV squamous cell carcinoma of larynxs are the candidates for our study. 2)PS 0-1 3) Adequate organ functions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Previously treated patients 2)A history of radiation therapy 3)Serious complication 4)A history of cerebral infarction
