Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who take antithrombotic agents and need endoscopy or endoscopic treatments. 2.Patients who were explained about the study and gave a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were disqualified for the study by their physiciens.

Rate of bleeding associated with endoscopic procedures and thrombotic complications rate associated with the treatment discontinuation in patients who take antithrombotic agents.
