Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: fever over 38 degrees neutrocyte less than 500/mm3 T.bil <2.0mg/dl s-Cre<2.0mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: allergic to carbapenem LC pregnant woman
