Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing elective primary isolated coronary artery bypass surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemodialysis Undergoing with intensive statin therapy Stroke or acute myocardial infarction Emrgerncy/Urgent surgery Sever liver dysfunction Pregnancy (including suspected) Allergy or history of allergy
