Dietary advice and one package of Aminoleban EN as LES before sleep for LES group. Dietary advice only for control group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)hepatocellular carcinoma rupture 2)more than 3mg/L of total bilirubin level 3)uncontrollable ascites 4)more than 2mg/L of serum creatinine level 5)history of hepatic coma within a month 6)allergy for milk (contraindication of Aminoleban EN)

Onset rate of life-threatening event (liver failure, esophagogastric varix rupture, tumor rupture, liver-related death).

Change of QOL, subjective symptoms, an examination for blood biochemistry, the physical measured value
