Inclusion criteria: Patients with schizophrenia diagnosed by DSM-IV criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: D-cycloserine contraindication Ongoing cognitive behavioral therapy Drug abuse Possible pregnancy History of electroconvulsive therapy in 12 weeks Suicide attempt within 24 weeks Epilepsy Severe brain disease Severe somatic disease
