Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. HER2-positive gastric cancer 2. Trastuzumab-containing chemotherapy 3. Available tumor samples before, during, and after treatment 4. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous anti-HER2 therapy 2. Anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy 3. Patients evaluated to be inadequate by an attending doctor
