Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The elderly who staying in nursing homes or hospitals 2.The elderly with difficulty for self-oral cleaning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Having oral cancer, 2)Received intraoral radiation therapy at any time in the past 3)Having salivary gland disease.
