Interventions

insufflation of CO2 or Air Multi-detector row computed tomography (MDCT) was carried out immediately after ESD. A conventional chest X-ray was taken the next day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who undergo esophageal ESD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: inability to provide informed consent, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and synchronous multiple lesions.
