Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patient of active lupus nephritis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patient who has contraindication of drugs including cyclophosphamide, azathioprine and tacrolimus. patient who has contraindication of apheresis therapy
