Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)clinical stage IA non-small cell lung cancer, tumor size <= 3 cm (2)lymph node metastasis not detected intraoperatively (3)surgical margin >= 2cm (4)acquisition of patient consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to tolerate general anesthesia
