Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: type 2 diabetes with or without MA,who chan be followed periodically in out patient clinic.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those who can not visit clinic periodically or age above 80. Brain hemorrhage was removed from CVD.
