Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Suitable patient for bronchoscopic procedure. 2) Elective bronchoscopic procedure. 3) First bronchoscopy. 4) Performance status of 0-3 5) Patients who can answer the questionnaire with normal mental condition. 6) Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Contraindication of bronchoscopy 2) Patients with the history of drug allergy. 3) Unstable mental condition. 4) Other ineligible status judged by medical doctor.
