Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with leg ulcer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) no evidence of leg ulcer, 2) unable to obtain informed consent, 3) smoker unable to quit smoking, 4) drug addiction of any kind (including alcohol), 5) complication of any serious disease affecting the patient's general condition
