Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: HLA-matched or three antigen mismatched-related donor Basically recommend related donor To give written informed consent To based on the standard of indication for donor (Japan Marrow Donor Program 2007)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have hereditary or secondary coagulopathy, pulmonary embolism,and deep vein thronbosis. Patients have risk factors of pulmonary embolism. Patients suggested as ineligible by their attending physician
