Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have systolic blood pressure 130mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure in type 2 diabetes mellitus

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient who has the impairment of renal function (Cr >2mg/dl) patient who has malabsorption syndrome, the impairment of cerebral blood flow or epilepsy patient who has hyperkalemia patient who has severe cardiac, hepatic or pancreatic disorder patient who has pregnant, nurses a baby or may get pregnant patient who is unsuitable for this study (judged by a doctor)
