Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients whom drug therapy is indicated

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who has the impairment of renal function (male Cr > 2.5mg/dl, female Cr 2.0mg/dl or Ccr < 30ml/min) Patient who has nephrotic syndrome Patient who has hypoalbuminemia Patient who has cirrhosis Patient who has malignancy Patient who has pregnant , nurses a baby or may get pregnant Patient who is unsuitable for this study (judged by a doctor)
