Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: hemangioma and lymphangioma. informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Heart disease. hypotension. Patient who has drug allergy, and patient with the past of serious side effect by the propranolol drug. Patient who was considered ineligible by the investigators.
