Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (ASA physical status I or II) undergoing elective surgery requiring general anesthetic were included in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mallampati scores more than 3. morbid obesity. respiratory tract pathology. limited mouth opening. Risk of regurgitation or aspiration (previous upper gastrointestinal tract surgery, known or aymptomatic hiatus hernia, esophageal reflux, peptic ulceration or not fasted)
