Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing Cardiac surgery Hypertensive patients (>125mmHg in systolic blood pressure) by Olmesatan (20mg/day). Patients from whom informed consent was obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are pregnant or have possibility of pregnancy and are lactation period Patients who have hyperkalemia Patients who haverenal vascular hypertension Patients who have secondary hypertension Patients who were deemed not appropriate to participate in this study by doctor
