Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A case performed pancreatoduodenectomy with pancreaticojejunostomy at department of gastroenterological surgery, aichi cancer center hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) A case performed concomitant extended hemihepatectomy. 2) A case judged to be inappropriate for the participation of the study due to psychological disorder or symptom.
