Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: case:the patient who is admitted to our hospital for overt gastrointestinal bleeding(hematemesis,melena,tarry stool) control:the patient who didn't have gastrointestinal bleeding and received endoscopy in our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the patient who diffuse the participation
