Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who need an evaluation of abdominal symptoms like abdominal pain, vomiting, tarry stool and others with an upper gastrointestinal endoscope.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of treatment against Helicobacter pylori infection. 2. Patients with gastric cancers. 3. Patients with inflammatory bowel diseases. 4. Patients with severe drug-induced gastritis. 5. Patients with severe heart diseases, liver diseases, kidney diseases and other systemic diseases. 6. Patients with disorder of coagulation factors. 7. Patients who is deemed as ineligible for this study by investigator.
