Inclusion criteria: Diabetic and hypertensive patients given antihypertensive drugs from20 to 75 years old 30-600mg/gCr of albuminurea Type 2 diabetic patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The cardiovascular events within 6months The serum creatinin is more than 2.0/1. 5 in male/female severe hypertension(more than 180/110mmHg the dicision of main doctor
