Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Histopatholigical confirmation as malignant pleural mesothelioma 2)Resistant to PEM or PEM+CDDP chemotherapy 3)The tumor is located only in one side of thorax 4)IC possible person of 20 to 75 years old 5)ECOG Performance Status (PS) is 0 or 1 6)Clinical test are within following values. WBC more than 3,000 /micro-l Hb more than 8.0 g/dl Pt more than 100,000 /micro-l AST (GOT) less than 100 IU/l ALT (GPT) less than 100 IU/l Serum Creatinine less than 1.5 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient to whom one of following criterias apply. 1)Either one among following conditions transdiaphrgm invasion to the abdomen direct invasion to opposite thorax invasuion to the mediastinum invasuion to the spine invasuion to the pericardium 2)Metastasis to the carina lymphnode 3)Distant metastasis 4)Previous radiotherapy to the thorax 5)Chemotherapy within 1 month at registration 6)Pregnant, possiblly pregnat or nursing woman 7)Phenylketonuria 8)Grade 3 or 4 in NYHA classification of cardiac performance 9)Doctors responsible for the study decide as wrong to the entry
