Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Naiive papilla, Diagnostic or therapeutic ERCP for biliary disease In case with unintended insertion of guidewire into pancreatic duct

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: State after B-II, Roux-en-Y Pancreatobiliary maljunction, Pancreas divisum Acute pancreatitis
