Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with the following cardiovascular risk factors 1. Heart failure or history of heart failure 2. Reduced left ventricular ejection fraction 3. Coronary artery disease 4. Atrial fibrillation 5. Cerebrovascular disease 6. Chronic kidney disease 7. Other atherosclerotic disease 8. BNP >100pg/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the following cardiovascular events in 6 months 1. Heart failure 2. Acute coronary syndrome 3. Cerebrovascular events 4. Other cardiovascular events
