Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients without a history of balloon dilatation for anastomotic stricture. 2. Patients underwent gastric tube reconstruction. 3. Patients underwent retrosternal or posterior mediastinum reconstruction. 4. Patients without multiple organ failure. 5. Patients with informed concent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy 2. Patients with agressive tumor 3. Patients with severe diabetes. 4. Inappropriate for this trial.
