Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Advanced HCC (2) Child-Pugh score <7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients who have tumor thrombus in main and/or right portal vein; (2) Ongoing pharmacological therapy for portal hypertension with nonselective beta blocker, nitrates and angiotensin II type 1 receptor blocker (ARB); (3) drinking alcohol within 3 months before the start of the study; (4) History of liver transplantation; (5) Pregnancy, and allergy or past adverse reaction to drugs.
