Inclusion criteria: patient who is going to recieve colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient who having the past of the right-colectomy 2.patient who is diagnosed as an inflammatory bowel disease 3.patient who is diagnosed as familial adenomatous polyposis 4.patient who needs sedation
