Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Long-term inpatients at a health service facility for the aged.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who cannot ingest the test diets due to intestinal dysfunction. Subjects who are not suitable for the trial defined by the attending researcher.
