Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing mastectomy and endoscopic prostatectomy who met the criteria of the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status of 1-2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA physical status >=3, Obesity (BMI>30), Height>=180cm, Weight>=80Kg

MeasureTime frame
To compare the blood level of the fentanyl with that predicted by simulation and to confirm the accuracy of the simulation

MeasureTime frame
To assess the postoperative analgesia with the blood level of the fentanyl
